You're going to need a CPU of at least double the power.
My 266mhz PC can barely run a NES emulator. Since an actual computer runs an OS and a slew of other applications at once. The Wiimote connects to the Bluetooth adapter (a generic one ordered a few years ago on eBay), but Dolphin doesn't seems to recognize this guy which continues blinking forever Dolphin even crashes after trying to hit the "Refresh" button on the Wiimote settings panel (see the third screenshot). That said you're probably going to need a 6ghz 8 core Mac Pro to compare.
I tried to use both Microsoft Bluetooth and Toshiba Bluetooth stacks, and followed the procedure described here :, but I can't get it working. Since I have a desktop at home, I tried using Dolphin on it, wanting to enjoy more smooth emulation, but I can't get to pair my Wiimote with it.
